Check-in was smooth overall, although the high chair and travel cot we had requested in advance were not initially provided and had to be sourced on arrival. The apartment itself is nicely decorated with thoughtful interior touches, and it’s in a convenient location, close to the beach.However, during our stay in July, the indoor temperature consistently exceeded 30C, which made the apartment extremely uncomfortable - particularly with a baby. The ceiling fan and floor fan provided were unfortunately not sufficient to cool the space or create adequate airflow.Additionally, loud music from a nearby hotel continued until 11pm each night, which further impacted our ability to relax or get any proper rest.We had to vacate the property after one night (we had booked for 3 nights in total) due to these issues, so sadly, I would not recommend staying here during the hotter months unless stronger cooling measures are put in place and the noise situation is addressed.

Tolle Adresse für Familien mit Kindern. Alles vorhanden was man für einen Strandurlaub mit Kindern braucht. 5 Minuten zum Strand, Schwimmbad, Strandutensilien und schönes Kinderzimmer. Kleines Manko- keine Klimaanlage.

Wundervoll

Wir haben die Zeit in Santanyi und in der Ferienwohnung absolut genossen. Wunderbare Unterkunft, Umgebung und Nähe zum Stand. Wir wollen unbedingt wiederkommen.

Strandnahe Wohnung mit Platz für eine Familie

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Es ist sehr viel Spielzeug vorhanden das hat unseren Kindern sehr gut gefallen. Am Pool ist es immer sehr ruhig. Wir sind eigentlich keine Klimaanlagen Fans hatten nun aber eine Hitzewelle erwischt und die Klimaanlage letztlich dennoch vermisst. Ein Ventilator konnte Abhilfe schaffen. Für uns als Familie war es von Vorteil dass das untere Bett beim Hochbett ebenfalls breiter ist, sodass wir wo es nötig war jeweils bei dem Kind schlafen konnten. Das Wasser ist sehr salzig und auch zweimal kurzzeitig ausgeblieben während unseres Aufenthalts. Dies ist für uns natürlich ungewohnt, aber zu verkraften. Entschädigt wird dies wiederum durch die sehr nahe Lage zum Strand. Man muss nur ein paar Stufen hinunter laufen und ist am Meer. Ein kleiner Supermarkt mit Bäcker ist um die Ecke. Ebenso einige Restaurants. Teils sollte man mehrere Tage im Voraus reservieren. Die Kommunikation mit Vermieterin und Ansprechperson vor Ort war sehr nett.

Strandnah gelegene schöne Ferienwohnung

Eine wirklich schön ausgestattete helle Wohnung mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Es gibt einen großer Balkon mit Markise und Blick auf den Pool. Fußläufig ist ein kleiner Supermarkt vorhanden und zum Strand kommt man innerhalb kürzester Zeit über eine der Treppen die zur Bucht führen. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld lief problemlos und wir wurden bei Ankunft wie verabredet von einer Dame erwartet, die die Wohnung betreut.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Eine gute Wahl

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich und entspricht in allen Details den Bildern. Ideal für 3 Erwachsene oder Familien mit zwei Kindern. Fahren wir wieder in diese Region Mallorcas, wir würden wieder kommen.

Tolle Lage

Wir haben einen tollen Aufenthalt gehabt. Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Super ausgestattet mit vielen Spielsachen und Bücher für Kinder. Der Strand war in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.

Wertig, praktisch und wunderschön

Wir waren Ende Februar da und es war wunderschön. Die Wohnung hat eine Heizung was im Februar nachts noch gut tat. Sehr sauber, sehr praktisch. Es gab viele Möglichkeiten unsere Sachen zu verstauen und zu sortieren. Die Einrichtung ist wunderschön und wertig. Von den Betten bis hin zum Geschirr ist alles schön. Es ist Alles da was man braucht. Unsere Kinder (2 und 4) waren begeistert von den Spielsachen und von dem Hängestuhl auf dem Balkon. Wir haben bereits vielen unserer Freunde diese Wohnung weiterempfohlen und möchten dies auch hier tun. Der Kontakt ist sehr freundlich und Biggi vor Ort ist bei allen Anliegen sofort parat. Wir durften auch schon eher rein und würden unbedingt wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für alles und bestimmt bis zum nächsten Mal:)

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Apartment

Das Apartment hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Es ist nicht nur sehr gut ausgestattet, sondern auch mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Wert auf Komfort und Ästhetik gelegt wurde. Alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht, ist vorhanden. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der Balkon, der mit der geschmackvollen Dekoration eine einladende Atmosphäre schafft. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen definitiv gerne wieder! Absolut empfehlenswert!

Very nice flat close to beautiful beach

Very cosy flat, the balcony was super nice and was bigger then expected. Great location very close to the beach. We loved both the beach in Cala Santanyi and Cala Llomdards. Perfect for kids.

Einfach traumhaft :)

Wir durften eine Woche in dieser wunderbaren Wohnung verbringen. Sie ist toll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der große Balkon war unser Wohnzimmer. Es ist alles vor Ort was man benötigt. Vom Toaster, über den Grill bis zur Waschmaschine. Die Betten sind gemütlich. Es gibt jede Menge Stauraum und auch Spielzeug für die Kids ist da. Die Anlage ist super gepflegt und der Pool ein Traum. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr nett und reibungslos. Vor Ort wurden wir von der Verwalterin in Empfang geno mmen. Sie war stets ansprechbar und super nett. Nicht zu vergessen ist natürlich auch die unschlagbar gute Lage nur einen Steinwurf von der Bucht entfernt. Wir sagen DANKE und können diese Wohnung bedingungslos weiterempfehlen:)

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Anschluss-Woche in der Ferienwohnung. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und auch ausgestattet. Die Kids haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gab ein tolles Zimmer und viele Spielsachen für die beiden. Der schöne große Balkon ist herrlich zum gemeinsamen Essen und Ausruhen. Waschmaschine & Trockner waren super nützlich. In der Küche ist alles da - eigentlich wie zuhause.. Auch durften wir schon etwas früher in die Wohnung. Die Kommunikation war bestens, herzlich und unkompliziert. Isabell & auch Biggi sind super freundlich. Der Pool in der Anlage ist genial! Super groß & sauber. Der Ort Santanyí selbst ist 5 Autominuten entfernt. In Cala Santanyí bekommt man im nahen Supermarkt auch alles was man braucht. Ideale Lage!

Sehr schöne Lage und alles vorhanden

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Kommunikation lief gut (mit der Dame vor Ort) und die Lage ist wirklich unschlagbar. Strand und Supermarkt 3 Minuten entfernt. Der Pool ist auch sehr sauber und im Mai war der noch nicht so hochfrequentiert. Die Unterkunft hatte alles, was man zum Kochen benötigt und die Matratzen waren bequem (nicht durchgelegen). Das Leitungswasser ist nicht trinkbar, aber das ist ja überall auf der Insel so. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Tapas Restaurant (Es Pontas, 5 Minuten zu Fuß) sehr zu empfehlen, man sollte aber reservieren.

A great holiday

We loved the apartment! It was super comfortable, it had everything that we needed for a relaxing holiday with our 2 year old son and we particularly enjoyed spending time on the large balcony. The beach is beautiful, however there are lots of steep steps to get down there. Not so easy with a toddler! There are a handful of lovely restaurants nearby and it was easy to get the bus into Sanyayi. Well worth a visit or two, especially on a market day (Sat / Wed) There is a Spa supermarket just around the corner from the apartment. We found it to be well stocked, although quite pricey. Throughout our stay the host was very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Ein perfekter Familienurlaub

Wir haben uns in dem Apartment sehr wohl gefühlt. Super schön eingerichtet, ein toll ausgestattetes Kinderzimmer und ein traumhaft schöner Balkon. Der Strand ist fussläufig in ein paar Minuten erreicht und wunderschön. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Traumhaft schöne Wohnung in direkter Strandlage

Wir haben uns in dieser tollen Wohnung rundum wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles da, was man braucht und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Sogar Spielzeug, Sandspielsachen und Bücher für unsere Tochter waren vorhanden. Der große Balkon war für uns wie ein 2. Wohnzimmer. Die Anlage ist gepflegt und die Nachbarn alle sehr nett. Der Pool selbst lädt zum entspannten Schwimmen ein und ist wenig frequentiert. Allein das „Drumherum“ könnte etwas schöner gestaltet sein, es gibt keine Liegen oder Gelegenheit Sachen abzulegen. Die Wohnanlage liegt direkt an den Treppen zur schönen Bucht, die demnach in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen ist. Supermarkt und gute Restaurants (sehr zu empfehlen das „Es Pontas“) sind direkt um die Ecke. Die Kommunikation mit Isabel war sehr nett und zuverlässig und auch vor Ort wird man direkt betreut. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Beautiful apartment

We stayed for a week at the apartment and it was a perfect location for us to explore the south east of the island. There are several beaches and towns/villages within walking distance (up to 30 mins). Parking on the road outside the building was fine. The decor and aesthetic are even lovelier in person, and the balcony was a great addition to the place. We didn’t use the communal pool but it seemed clean and very quiet. Isabel and Mrs Henkner were very helpful. We will definitely look to stay here again and would recommend the apartment

Appartement cosy dans un cadre paradisiaque

L'appartement d'Isabelle est confortable et chaleureux, on s'y sent très bien ! Il est équipé de tout le nécessaire dont on a besoin, le linge de maison est propre et en quantité (serviettes, torchons, serviettes de plage). L'appartement est grand et bénéficie d'une belle terrasse avec vue sur la piscine. La résidence est très calme et à 2 pas de la plage. Un vrai bonheur...
