Amazing house for 3 guests, with private jacuzzi, in the urbanisation of Son Moja and at 1.6 km from Cala Santanyí beach.
This fantastic urbanisation house is situated at only 1.6 km from the beach and offers amazing exteriors with a beautiful porch, a covered terrace and private jacuzzi, fact by which your days here are going to become in pure rest and relax. Start the day having a coffee at the porch or having breakfast under the cane-covered terrace, for then relax in the jacuzzi, 2.2 x 2.2 m, that can be heated up to 28º C, or you can go to swim at the sea. And, one the way back home, barbecue is waiting for you! If you feel like enjoying a more cosy atmosphere, an external staircase leads to an upper terrace with sun loungers, an outdoor shower and a sun-protected sofa area where you can relax and have a drink.

Inside, you'll find a comfortable living room, equipped with air conditioning and satellite TV, open to the kitchen-dining area, equipped with a ceramic hob and everything you need to cook just like at home. The laundry room features a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. There are two bedrooms with wardrobes, one with a double bed and A/C, and another with a single bed, as well as a bathroom with a shower. You can exercise on the machines in the charming gym, inside which there is also a bathroom with a shower. A crib, a high chair, and 2 fans are available.

Son Moja is a familiar urbanisation belonging to Santanyí, ideal for those who love the tranquility and coastal places. The paradisiacal Cala Santanyí cove is 15 min walking or less than 5 minutes driving, an absolute privilege! Regarding the services, in this area will not lack you anything, from bars, restaurants and much more.

The staff will visit the house every 2 days to check and analyze the jacuzzi water.

Fabulous time, great property.

I liked: The house is lovely, so much outdoor space and really well thought out. It felt like home, we just settled in so quickly. The jacuzzi was fabulous we used that a lot and I loved having an outdoor shower (there are 2 on the property). The property is only a 10 min walk to the beach or there is free parking at Cala Santanyi (as long as you are early enough). The kitchen was really well equipped and we had a lovely welcome basket. I did not like: Nothing. Remember to bring bug spray and bottled water.

This is probably an old holiday home that went through a recent renovation. The room with the gym is more modern than the rest of the house, while the other part has kept some tarnish, but rebuilt and newly decorated. We have enjoyed the mornings on the patio and the eveneings on the sundeck very much. The property is in a walking distance to the sea and the beach, though if you expect a sea view from the sundeck, you will be disappointed. This is a quiet neghborhood, which we apreciated. Our flight was delayed by several hours, so we didn't arrive until almost midnight, but Checkin went smoothly thanks to the lockbox. Nobody came or has bothered us during our whole stay - except for the moscitoes. Thanks Homerti

Die kleine Finca ist wunderschön. Schöne Lage, die Nähe zum Strand sowie zur Stadt Santanyi. Wir würden nicht mehr in der Nachsaison mieten, da wir auf der ganzen Straße das einzige Haus war welches bewohnt war.

Der Aufenthalt war so wie erhofft: Der Ablauf, insbesondere Check-In /-Out waren sehr unkompliziert und gut beschrieben. Das Haus war sehr sauber und für alle Bedürfnisse ausgestattet. Es gab sogar jede Menge Spielzeug und Kinderfahrzeuge vor Ort. Das Haus ist mit vielen liebevollen Details geschmückt und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Homerti war ein hervorragender Gastgeber: Als z. B. einmal die Bewässerungsanlage der Gartenbepflanzung nicht richtig funktioniert hat, kam nach einer kurzen Nachricht sofort ein Techniker, um den Schaden zu beheben. Insgesamt kann die Kommunikation als zeitnah und freundlich beschrieben werden. Von uns: Eine klare Empfehlung!

Tolles Haus mit Wohlfühlfaktor aber Auto notwendig.

Liebevoll angelegtes Grundstück mit einem schön eingerichteten Haus. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einer angenehmen Wohngegend, wenige Kilometer von Santanyi und diversen traumhaften Stränden entfernt. Im Haus war alles da was man so im Urlaub braucht, inklusive eines Whirlpools auf dem Grundstück. Es gab unzählige Sitzgelegenheiten im Aussenbereich und man konnte immer wieder neue Ecken entdecken. Auf dem großen Grill kann man sich auch austoben. Der Vermieter scheint sehr nett zu sein, wir haben immer wenn er den Pool überprüft hat eine kleine kulinarische Überraschung vorgefunden. Die Vermietung selbst ging über Homerti, eine Agentur und war absolut problemlos. Der Hausschlüssel konnte aus einem Schlüsseltresor direkt am Haus entnommen und bei Abreise wieder dort deponiert werden.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Finca. Der Ort Son Moja ist aufgrund der Nähe zur Bucht und zu Santanyi toll. Ein Mietwagen ist aber notwendig. Die Finca ist gut ausgestattet, ist aber nur für 3 Personen geeignet. Die Dachterrasse und die Terrasse vor dem Haus sind wunderbar geeignet zum Essen und Relaxen. Wir haben uns gut erholt.

Awesome property in a great location. the place is comfortable and has everything a home away from home needs. There is relaxed beach close by with some nice restaurants, all very family friendly. Homerti are great hosts, the property was very clean, and there were even some nice pastries waiting for us :)

We hebben heel erg genoten van ons verblijf. Het huisje was prachtig, exact zoals op de foto’s. Enige ‘nadeel’ is dat er maar 1 badkamer is en het toilet zich in diezelfde badkamer bevind. Son Moja is erg centraal gelegen, dicht bij Santanyi. Volgens ons 1 van de mooiste steden van Mallorca. Echte aanrader!
