Einfach schön

Cordella ist eine geschmackvolle Stadtwohnung. Sie liegt sehr zentral in Santanyi. Wir haben uns in dieser Zeit (den ganzen August) sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war leider direkt nebenan eine Baustelle mit sehr viel Baulärm,was der Besitzerin nicht so recht war, aber die Besitzerin ist eine so liebe ud einfühlsame Persönlichkeit.

Urlaub der sehr schönen Art

Wir können nur eins sagen > Perfekt von A - Z. Das Stadthaus entspricht zu 100% der Beschreibung im Internet. Diese Unterkunft können wir nur weiter empfehlen. Alle weiteren Worte wären zuviel, weil es ist wie es ist! Es ist noch nicht das Ende AllerTage, wir kommen wieder, keine Frage ;-))

Sehr schönes, mit viel Liebe zum Detail, restauriertes Haus mit sehr guter und moderner Ausstattung. Liebevolle, deutschsprachige Vermieter, welche auf die Pflege und Sauberkeit des Hauses, sowie der Außenanlagen, sichtbar hohen Wert legen.Besonders schön, auch ein Willkommensgruß war für uns, als Gäste, bereitgestellt.Das Parken in der Hofeinfahrt, Automatiktor, ist mit einem kleinerem PKW möglich, jedoch sind auch ausreichend Stellmöglichkeiten vor oder hinter dem Objekt zu finden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und das Zentrum von Santanyí sind fussläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Reisetipps: Santanyí ist ein in sich geschlossener Ort mit einem sehr schönen Zentrum. Jeden Mittwoch und Samstag wird der Ort in einen Markt verwandelt, derzum Einkauf von regionalen Lebensmitteln und zum Verweilen in den Cafe’s einlädt. Auch die schöne, kleine Bucht von Santanyí ist gut mit dem PKW, öffentlichem Bus oder per Rad zu erreichen. Weiterhin ist Santanyí natürlich ein guter Ausgangspunkt für dieErkundung der näheren und weiteren Ziele der Umgebung.

Ein sehr gut renoviertes Haus ...

Ein sehr gut renoviertes Haus in guter Lage von Santanyi – 4 min Fußweg zum Marktplatz, aufgrund der Aufteilung – im EG 1 Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer, im OG 2 Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer auch sehr gut für eine Familie oder befreundete Paare geeignet! Netter Innenhof mit schönem Pool und sehr nette Vermieterin!!

Eine sehr schöne und neu gesta...

Eine sehr schöne und neu gestaltete Stadtfinca, mit Liebe zum Detail hergerichtet. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett, da es keine Probleme gab, haben wir sie nur bei der Anreise gesehen. Im Sommer ist sicherlich viel Verkehr, da es ein Stadthaus ist und alle Schlafzimmer zur Straßenseite gehen, liegt es direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße. Der Lärm und auch die Abgase könnten ein Problem sein. In der Nebensaison hat uns das nicht gestört. Im hinteren Bereich des Hauses bekommt man davon weniger mit. Dafür liegt das Haus zentral, einkaufen und in die Stadt in wenigen Minuten. Parken kann man im Innenhof, ein elektrisches Garagentor, allerdings nichts für ein größeres Auto, die Einfahrt ist sehr schmal und die Bordsteinkante ziemlich hoch. Aber man kann ja vor dem Tor parken.
