Cozy holiday home with a beautiful sea view from the roof!

  • With three bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and toilet and an outdoor shower with toilet, the house offers enough space for 4-5 people. In the cooler season, the rooms can be heated with electric radiators; the living / dining area with air conditioning.
    The spacious kitchen (with electric stove, microwave and coffee machine, dishwasher and various smaller electrical kitchen appliances) invites you to cook together, a portable barbecue for outdoor grilling and various dining areas to enjoy indoors and outdoors.
    In the not very large outdoor area you can find a sun spot all day long and from the large roof terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view of the wide surroundings and part of Cala Llombards. A few meters away at the end of the quiet cul-de-sac, you look up over the steep cliffs to the open sea and in the distance to the island of Cabrera!

Cosy little hideaway in Cala Llombards

Very cosy and exceptional well equipped little house in Cala Llombards. Less than 10min walk to the beach of Cala Llombards, little supermarket and small town bar (which also serves basic food). We liked it s lot and would definitely recommend it. Barbara is a clgeeat host

Loved it

We had a wonderful week staying at the house. It’s spacious, clean, close to the beach, in a quiet street and equipped with everything you need. Barbara is a great host and helped out with any questions or requests we had. Highly recommend it.

Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage. Es war frisches Obst auf dem Tisch und die Ausstattung war sehr üppig (nicht alles in optimalem Zustand) Der Garten ziemlich verwildert aber o.k. Leider müsste im Haus grundlegend renoviert werden, die Türen klemmen, die Bodenfliesen sind teilweise kaputt (Küche) und das Besteck (!) und vieles andere auch verrostet. Es war eine seltsame Mischung aus blitzblank und verschmutzt.Aus allen Wasserhähnen kam nur Salzwasser, weshalb Gläser auch in der Spülmaschine nicht sauber wurden.

Wunderschönes, gemütliches, top ausgestattetes und sauberes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Wohnlage, ca. 10 min Fußweg zur wunderbaren Cala Llombards. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Eine Grundausstattung an Lebensmitteln war vorhanden, und die nette Gastgeberin versorgte uns zur Ankunft mit einer großen Wasserflasche, frischen Obst und eine Flasche Wein. Herzlichen Dank für alles. Unser Highlight war die Dachterrasse mit dem Blick aufs Meer. Wir verbrachten eine wunderbare Woche in Cala Llombards .

Es war ein hervorragender Urlaub für uns, was besonders an der Unterkunft und der Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin lag.Die Ausstattung bot deutlich mehr, als man erwartet, die Räume waren alle sehr sauber und das Grundstück bot viele kleine Ecken um Dinge zu entdecken. Die Dachterasse ist ein weiteres Highlight, auf der man morgens toll frühstücken oder abends die Sterne beobachten konnte.Definitiv weiter zu empfehlen!

La maison de Barbara est super fon tuonnelle, super équipée. La magnifique cala est a distance a pied. Quartier résidentiel très calme. Barbara est tres sympathique et disponible. C'était parfait!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Es ist eine sehr ruhige Wohngegend mit Einheimischen. Vor allem hat uns gefallen, dass die Unterkunft mit einem Geschirrspüler, einer Waschmaschine und mit einem Kohlegrill ausgestattet ist. Zudem waren alle normalen Zutaten wie Gewürze und Olivenöl, zurückgelassene Sonnencremes, Duschgels und sogar Holzkohle vorhanden, die wir in der Not nutzen konnten. Der Sonnenschirm und die Kühlpads für unsere Kühltasche haben uns den ganzen Urlaub begleitet. Auch war die Parkplatzsituation sehr vorteilhaft, da wir direkt vor dem Haus parken konnten. Den Strand Cala Llombards konnten wir über eine Treppe ebenfalls schnell erreichen. Alles in allem hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Ein Ferienhaus mit Top-Ausstatting

Wir haben uns in diesem Ferienhaus, welches nahezu alles hatte, was für einen Aufenthalt wichtig ist, sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders gefallen hat uns die rückseitige, gemütliche Terrasse, wo wir schöne Stunden verbracht haben. Der persönliche Kontakt mit Frau Pfüll war äußerst angenehm und hilfreich. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Minuten.

Sehr empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus

Unser leider nur achttägiger Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus hat uns gut gefallen. Das Haus ist angenehm und freundlich eingerichtet und auf der gemütlichen Terrasse mit Ess- und Lounge-Ecke haben wir die meiste Zeit verbracht, auch stehen bequeme Liegen zur Verfügung. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Straße nahe der Cala Llombards und weit genug entfernt von der Bucht Cala Moro, so dass sich die Karawanen von halbnackten jungen Instagrammern auf der Suche nach dem angesagtesten Selfie-Hintergrund glücklicherweise nicht dorthin verirren. Das Haus selbst war so gut ausgestattet, wie wir es bisher in keinem der vielen Ferienhäuser, die wir schon gemietet hatten, erlebt haben. Es war wirklich alles da von Gewürzen über Öl und Essig bis zu Küchentüchern und sogar Kosmetikprodukten im Bad. Die sympathische Eigentümerin, Frau Pfüll, sagte, sie habe sich vorgestellt, was sie selbst als Gast gern vorfinden würde – eine Einstellung, die nicht alle Vermieter teilen. Kurz, wir können uns gut vorstellen, dort nochmal Urlaub zu machen.

Entspannung pur

Das Haus liegt ruhig in einer Nebenstraße. Die Ausstattung ist sensationell gut, es fehlt an nichts. Im Haus, auf der Terrasse davor oder auf der Dachterrasse gibt es für jede Tageszeit sonnige und schattige Plätze. Liegen und Sitzgelegenheiten stehen in großer Zahl zur Verfügung. Cala Llombard selbst ist nicht sehr spannend. Santanyí ist jedoch ein sehr schönes, kleines Städtchen ganz in der Nähe. Ein Auto zu haben ist empfehlenswert. Wer ruhige Tage verbringen will, ist in der Nebensaison (!) dort bestens aufgehoben.

Bonita Casita

Wir waren eine Woche im Casita von Barbara und haben uns rundum Wohlgefühl. Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben, es ist sauber und die Lage ist perfekt zur Nähe von der Cala Llombards. Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin hat wunderbar geklappt. Wir konnten, nach nachfrage , auch schon früher rein, da wir schon um 09:00 Uhr vor Ort waren, Super und Danke dafür. Es ist alles vorhanden und in einem guten Zustand. Es hat an nichts gefehlt wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und von dort aus kann man auch schöne touren Planen, wenn man einen Mietwagen hat. Vielen Dank noch mal.

gemütliches Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Cala Llombards sehr genossen. Das Haus steht in einer ruhigen Wohngegend weg vom Trubel des Massentourismus. Zu Fuß ist die gleichnamige wunderschöne Bucht in 5-10 Minuten zu erreichen. Gastgeberin Barbara ist sehr nett, aufmerksam und unkompliziert. Bei unserer Ankunft stand eine Schale frisches Obst auf dem Esstisch und im Kühlschrank war schon etwas Wasser und eine Flasche leckerer Weißwein. Vielen Dank dafür. Das Häuschen ist sehr sauber und mit allen Dingen des täglichen Bedarfs ausgestattet. Es hat uns wirklich an gar nichts gefehlt. Drei Räume verfügen über sehr gut funktionierende Klimaanlagen, was völlig ausreicht um das ganze Haus auf eine angenehme Temperatur herunter zu kühlen. Es ist alles genauso wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern zu sehen. Alles in Allem ein gelungener, erholsamer und individueller Urlaub, so wie wir uns das vorgestellt haben. Wenn wir irgendwann nochmal nach Mallorca kommen dann sehr gerne wieder nach Cala Llombards.

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Wir waren im August 2023 zu Gast, es war richtig heiß zu dieser Zeit. Deshalb wussten wir die Klimaanlage im Wohnbereich und in den beiden großen Schlafzimmern zu schätzen. Wer neu ankommt, kann erstmal checken, welche nützlichen Dinge im Haus bereits vorhanden sind, bevor man ans Einkaufen geht. Wir haben viele Kosmetikartikel vorgefunden, es gab gekühltes Wasser und auch ein Obstteller stand zur Begrüßung auf dem Tisch. Für die Abende findet man Spiele, Bücher und vieles mehr. Schnelles WLAN ist vorhanden und funktioniert einwandfrei. Das Leitungswasser kann leider nicht zum Kochen oder Trinken genutzt werden, hier muss man immer genug einkaufen, in den Supermärkten kann man die 6-Liter-Flaschen wählen. Der Strand am Cala Llombards-Bucht war in der Ferienzeit ab ca. 11 Uhr sehr voll, das war wirklich der Hammer, inklusive Influencer-Alarm ;-) Wir haben jeden Morgen ab 8:30 gebadet, da ist die Bucht am schönsten und das Wasser am klarsten. Das darf man nicht verpassen! Zur Bucht geht´s in ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß: links aus dem Haus raus, einmal rechts abbiegen und dann die erste Straße links. Dann findet man eine Treppe, die direkt in die Bucht herunterführt und einen tollen Blick auf die Umgebung eröffnet. Wir haben den Urlaub in Cala Llombards sehr genossen, nach dem täglichen Baden haben wir Ausflüge mit dem Auto unternommen, es gibt viel zu entdecken! Die Kommunikation mit Barbara war perfekt, sie hat immer schnell auf unsere Fragen per WA geantwortet.

Schöne Finca in der Nähe des Meeres

Wir haben es sehr genossen. Obwohl hier ein Pool fehlt, war alles andere in Ordnung. Besonders hat uns die Terasse gefallen, die sehr zum Verweilen einlädt.

Toller Urlaub

Wir waren das erste Mal auf Mallorca und haben unsere Urlaubszeit sehr genossen. Barbara ist mit ihrem Haus eine ganz tolle Gastgeberin. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Nähe zur Bucht ist einfach fantastisch. Die Kommunikation war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Casa amplia con un pórtico hermoso

Tuvimos una grata expericnecia en esta casa, Barbara fue amable y con un contacto rápido. La casa es amplia y fresa, el pórtico es genial para descansar. La ubicacion te da un acceso genial a la cala llombards. La casa esta super quipada y eso facilita mucho la estadia.
