Apartment of 70 m² located in front of the port of Portopetro, with balcony and incredible views. Completely renovated in 2019 and well equipped. Decorated with modern furniture and comfortable with some original touches of recycled elements and crafts. It has air conditioning and windows with thermal and acoustic insulation. Sunny and bright, from the living room-kitchen you can enjoy views of the sea and the boats of the port.
The apartment is cozy and practical. It is fully equipped for your vacation to be satisfactory. Ideal for couples, with or without children, looking for a quiet place. Portopetro is surrounded by beautiful beaches and privileged places to walk and walk.
The main room has a large bed of 1.80 m x 2.00 m.
The junior room has a bed of 0.90 m x 2.00 m and another of 0.90 m x 1.90 m.

Portopetro is a small town with harbor, quiet and charming, located southeast of Mallorca and belonging to the municipality of Santanyí. The majority of its residents are Mallorcan, some who live here all year and others who spend their summer. It has two small and beautiful beaches of fine sand, less than five minutes walking. 2 km away is the Natural Park of Mondragó, with its spectacular beaches of sa font de n'Alis i s'Amarador. In Portopetro there is a great variety of good restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy and other services. Also a single hotel -5 stars-. Boat trips can be hired, such as the Starfish boat, which runs through different points of interest on the east coast (practicing water sports and renting a boat, all in the same port). At a very short distance there is a horse ranch (. Portopetro is located, by car, 5 minutes from the tourist center of Cala d'Or, 15 minutes from Santanyí and 55 from the airport and Palma.
There is a public transport line that passes right in front of the apartment and connects with the airport and Palma. If you have a rental car you can park on the street for free without restrictions. There is also taxi service.

Möbel alt, tlw. defekt, Schaukelstuhl fällt auseinander, Sofa durchgesessen, Kaffeemaschine mit gesprungener und leckender Kanne, Geschirr schmutzig, Geschirrtuch nicht vorhanden. Ein Tisch auf dem Balkon zum Abstellen von Kaffeetasse und Buch fehlt. Insgesamt fehlt es der Wohnung an Zuwendung. Mit ein bisschen Liebe ließe sich die Wohnung wieder angenehm herrichten. Im aktuellen Zustand ist der Preis von 115/Nacht im November eine Frechheit. Ich bin nach wenigen Tagen umgezogen in eine frisch renovierte und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung für 20 Euro weniger die Nacht

Das Quartier ist direkt am Hafen. Für uns war es perfekt, da zu dieser Zeit die Saison beendet war und es wenig Betrieb im Hafen gab. Das Quartier ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.

Schöne Wohnung für einen Aufenthalt direkt am Wasser. Für vier Personen geeignet, zu zweit hatten wir massig Platz. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Klare Empfehlung von uns.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen mit einem tollen Blick über den Hafen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet! Spülmittel , Taps für die Geschirrspülmaschine, küchenrollen und und und . Zur Begrüsdung ist eine Flasche Wasser und eine Melone im Kühlschrank. Die Übergabe war perfekt. Anweisungen kamen per Mail / SMS . Das Appartement war neu renoviert und ist in einem alten typischen spanischen Haus! Wir kommen wieder ! Ganz sicher !
