Spread over three floors, the home features a bright living-dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen, as well as 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms arranged on different levels for privacy and character.
The interiors preserve the island’s original charm, with wooden beams, natural stone, and terracotta floors, combined with comfortable furnishings and spaces designed for relaxation.
Outside, you’ll find several patios and terraces. The inviting entrance patio, shaded by vines, is perfect for al fresco dining, while the spectacular rooftop terrace offers open views of the sea and mountains—especially beautiful at sunset.
The master suite includes air conditioning, a private bathroom, and Mediterranean views.
Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and outdoor areas for dining and unwinding.
