Entrance level: Spacious and comfortable lounge / dining area (suitable for 10 persons), surrounded by large glass sliding windows that provide a sunny atmosphere and impressive views to the pool and the sea, opening to another exterior chill out lounge and dining area with sea views (also for 10 persons), decorated by white curtains, and surrounded by green Mediterranean vegetation. The interior lounge is equipped with a flat screen SMART TV (Netflix is available using your personal account log in - please remember to log out on departure). A beautiful modern and fully equipped kitchen is next to the living area and also opens to the terrace with exterior dining area. Further there are 2 bedrooms with terraces and fantastic sea views, each with en-suite bathroom on this floor.

Pool level: 3 bedrooms with bathrooms en-suite and sliding doors to the communal terrace and pool area. TV room with sofas and flat screen TV (local Spanish channels) with sliding doors opening the pool area.

The property is set on a large plot and is completely fenced, opening with an electric gate. The garden has well kept green lawns and many trees to offer natural shade. The fantasy shaped pool is surrounded by a wooden deck and has a safe children's part with benches on each side. By the pool is another Oriental style chill out area covered with a bamboo roof, surrounded by exotic plants and white curtains. Here you can just dream away, overlooking the pool and enjoying the magnificent sea view.

The pool area also features a kitchenette with extra large fridge/freezer and a guest toilet with changing area.

Included in the rates:
Cleaning Service - 2 days a week (6 hours in total for a weekly stay, 3 hours on Tuesdays and 3 hours on Thursdays)
1 Weekly change of bed linen (each Saturday).
1 Weekly change of towels (each Saturday), plenty towels will be available.
3 Cots and 3 highchairs available on personal request.

On request in advance with a surcharge:
Extra cleaning service at €15/hour
Change of extra bed linen: €20/person bed set.
Change of extra towels: €20/set of towels per person.

Additional: Security deposit: 1.500 € - Collected on arrival and returned by wire transfer a few days after departure following a satisfactory damage inspection and inventory check.
