The typical Majorcan holiday home in rustic country house style has 3 bedrooms, 3 modern bathrooms, an air-conditioned living room with dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. Facilities also include Wi-Fi, a fireplace, a satellite TV, baby cots and high chairs. Parking is available on the property. In the picturesque outdoor area there is also a large pool, a covered terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue and several areas in the garden shaded by palm trees that invite you to enjoy a relaxing holiday outdoors. Finca mit Charme

Die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe und der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter waren super unkompliziert. Nach dem ersten Betreten der Finca, war ich verliebt. Viele kleine gemĂŒtliche Ecken, tolle Raumaufteilung und ein gemĂŒtliches Ambiente. Santanyi ist fusslĂ€ufig in 20 Minuten erreichbar und auch der Strand ist nicht weit entfernt. Tolle Lage, sauber, gepflegt und alles unkompliziert! Wir waren begeistert und kommen gerne wieder

Pros: Der Vermieter war sehr nett, zuvorkommend und prompt. Die Unterkunft liegt ideal fĂŒr Familien, die es gerne fusslĂ€ufig bis zum Strand oder auch in die Stadt haben möchten plus Swimmingpool. Und das tolle GrundstĂŒck, weitlĂ€ufig und sehr gepflegt. Zu jeder Tageszeit konnte man sich die Sonne geniessen oder den Schatten suchen. Cons: Einzig der morgens einsetzende Verkehr im Hintergrund und auch die KlĂ€ranlage in der NĂ€he haben zeitweise gestört.
