  • Beautiful renovated finca perfect for enjoying your holiday. It is located in a quiet area between Santanyi and Cas Concos. The house is a distance of 900 meters from the road.
    The property has 3000 square meters with pool and garden fences. The house has about 200 square meters habitable.
    Decorated in traditional Majorcan style. The house has 4 large double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en suite), fully equipped kitchen, living room with satellite TV. All rooms are on the ground floor.
    Outside the house you will find the pool of 11 meters x 4 meters (small for children), a covered terrace with BBQ, outdoor bathroom. The terrace is equipped with sunbeds, chairs and table. Around the house there is a nice and large garden to wander. There is plenty of space for children to play. This home is a good choice to experience the typical Majorcan life style.
