Beautiful rural and ecological house, situated in the middle of the Majorcan countryside, very quiet and totally isolated. Surrounded by a totally natural landscape, where you can find a multitude of fruit trees, olive trees, almond trees and carob trees. An oasis of tranquillity very close to several points of interest.

It is a newly built house, built following traditional parameters and materials. It is a self-sustainable, ecological and environmentally friendly property. It works with solar energy, it also has its own water. Of course, certain rules about the use of the property must be followed in order to maintain self-sustainability.

The pool is ecological and natural (no salt or chlorine), with a waterfall that helps to purify the water. Bathing in it is a pleasure, as well as being very pleasant for the skin.

It has a capacity for 8 people, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It has a traditional fireplace for barbecues, large dining room with TV (Astra satellite and DTT), library-games room, covered terrace overlooking the pool, solarium with mountain views and free WIFI.

1 minute from the main road, located in a strategic area: 3 minutes from the nearest village and 5 minutes from the beaches of the Mondragó Natural Park, the traditional fishing port of Porto Petro and the picturesque village of Cala d'Or.

It is 6 km from Vall d'Or Golf, 20 km from the Caves of Drach, 20 km from the Ses Salines lighthouse and 50 km from the airport.
