Located in Santec in a very quiet, secluded, and wooded setting, on a private 2,500 m² lot at the end of a cul-de-sac, just 100 m from one of Santec’s most beautiful beaches, accessible directly via a sandy path.
Each house features a private 50 m² terrace with all the comforts, complete with a high-end spa and an outdoor shower, as well as patio furniture and sun loungers.
The house enjoys plenty of natural light thanks to its numerous floor-to-ceiling windows.
The house features 2 bedrooms, each with a 160-cm bed and a 160-cm bed that converts into two 80-cm beds, all with high-quality bedding; each bedroom has its own private bathroom. There is also a living room with a smart TV, a kitchen equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and electric kettle; a living area with a sofa bed; an utility room with a washing machine; and a separate toilet.
A barbecue is available at each rental.
Energy self-sufficient thanks to its solar panels and low-energy construction.
Outdoor charging stations for electric vehicles are available (for a fee)
Both houses can be rented together
During school breaks and the high season (June through September), rentals are from Saturday to Saturday
Perfectly located so you don’t need to drive to reach nearby shops (a 500-meter walk).
Activities: inflatable kayaking, beachcombing, water sports, the Dossen surf school, and a national forest 2 km away via the GR34 trail.
