"There was a hole in the ceiling and duct tape on the bathroom mirror. I probably wouldn’t have written a bad review for those two things, but the shower was not hot… the water was warm m/cool at best. When I told the front desk attendant she giggled and said she would tell maintenance. I would not stay there again."

"The room above me or in the area above me was like banging on the ceiling for hours. Kids were outside screaming till about 12:30 in the morning then started with loud music about 545 in the morning. They have squatters staying there and they’re not very nice people so the people who actually pay for their rooms have nasty ass so-called neighbors."

"The house had a great layout and was very private. Great views in backyard. Pool is not heated but was very nice. Air conditioner did not seem to work well but the air return fan in the hallway cooled in down pretty well. Jessica was quick to respond to any questions we had. Beds were super comfortable which is pretty rare for VRBO. Was very cozy for 5 adults. One small TV in the living room but I wasn’t there to watch TV so didn’t bother me. I would definitely stay again if visiting San Diego"

"I do not know who raved about this property, but my room was horrible. Let's start with thin, small towels. As a six-foot person, they didn't help dry my body. That little mat you put into the bathtub so you don't slip in the shower was moldy! The floor mat beneath the shower mat also had mold. I found stains on the bathroom floor - these were dirty water stains. There were long black hairs all over (not mine, I only wish I had hair to lose). Only hotel/motel I've stayed at in dozens of countries that DIDN'T have facial tissue. The in-room Wi-Fi had such a bright, flashing blue light that we had to tape something over it to sleep. Police car blue lights aren't as bright! The hotel said daily room service, but all they did was take our dirty towels and NOT REPLACE THEM. Trash wasn't emptied, bed not made. When I went to the desk to a replacement set of fresh towels, a sign informed guests to call the hotel next door. I had to borrow towels from another hotel!! Seriously? Again, I do not know which rooms these other people stayed in, but it certainly wasn't mine. Pick a different hotel."
