We visited during the mayhem of Carnaval, and they went out of their way to ensure we had what we needed and were enjoying our stay. The breakfast was simple but delicious. We were very well situated for the festivities that took over the town - central but not right on top of the action. Our balcony room was excellent value."

"The room was good although I found hair that didn't belong to me on the sheets..Also noticed that the floor wasn't needed better sweeping....I came to find out by a male staff that I couldn't invite my friend to my room..although my friend lives there in town...my friend was only picking up that I brought as a gift..and this whole incounter, the male staff was a bit rude..😐"
