A lovely small hotel in the heart of the old town. Easy to find with it's name prominently displayed. Very nice room with all the amenities.

Stayed for one night at the end of doing the Camino. Lovely hotel, right by everything in the old town. Worth paying the extra for the superior room - gorgeous rooftop views over the city and the Cathedral from the bathroom.

Nice, clean, close to everything, however was a terrible stay. We had the room on the 5th floor. First, the remote for the tv did not work, had to make 2 trips down to get one that would work, reception for only 6 tv channels. Second, the A/C did not work. Third, the noise from a bar below went until 2 am. You are on the same level as a church bell that is about 30 yards from your window, chimes on quarter/hr, half hour and every hour. On our second night, the noise from the bar started at 7pm music group with loudspeakers. We finally asked for another room at 930pm, they gave us another room , where the A/C worked, there was far more channels on the tv, and you could barely hear the noise from below. WARNING, if you stay here do not accept a room on the 5th floor due to noise and before mentioned deficiencies

This property is beautiful. Very well appointed in the heart of Santiago. My suggestion is that they should install safety bars inside the tubs, as it is very slippery and anyone regardless of age can fall. Most recently renovated hotels Europe have gone from tubs to tall showers. I visit Santiago once a year, but would not stay here again unless they take some proactive measures..

Lovely break in Santiago
Fantastic 5 nights stay in Santiago old town. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We had skylight windows with stunning roof top views including sight of the cathedral. The hotel is well positioned for easy movement around the old town and close to many shops and restaurants. The bus stop for bus 6A to/from the airport is only 5 minutes walk away. Staff friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to thoroughly recommend this hotel for a stay in Santiago.

Great location
The hotel is located in the old town and has a lovely view of a church and the monastery. We stayed in a standard room on the first level. The room was quite compact but comfortable. There was a lot of noise from the street, so if you are a light sleeper you would be best in a room with the garden view at the back of the hotel. The only other issue we had was construction at the next property, there was a lot of noise and fumes which meant we had to keep the windows closed. We know it is out of their control, but we would have appreciated some acknowledgement about this from the hotel.

Wonderful hotel in a great location. Within a minute of great bars and restaurants. The rooms are big with a lovely view of the garden, in our case. The only negative is the lack of coffee making facilities. You can order coffee from the ground floor at cost but then you have to bring it to the room.

The staff at this hotel are UNBELIEVABLY kind and helpful. About one of the women at the front desk, my husband said “that’s one of the nicest people I’ve ever met!” They made us feel like treasured friends, and made our stay extra nice. The room itself was lovely and looked out on a darling plaza and right at the monastery and a church. Our room had both curtains and those fun shutters that open onto balcony railings with pretty window boxes. I happen not to like the semi-opaque wall between bedroom and bathroom, but literally everything else about the hotel is perfect. It has both a lovely outdoor area with at least 6 tables and many chairs, and a lovely living room area upstairs with sofas and tables. It’s a great tourist hotel but would also be perfect for a business traveler or remote worker. I wish I had reason to return to Santiago just to meet those nice women again! : )

Absolutely loved this hotel! Gorgeous room with a delightful sitting area as well. Bathroom was spacious with a lovely shower and shampoo, soap and body lotion (always appreciated). Very quiet, great view, super spacious, and a beautiful hotel overall. We didn't have breakfast but it looked delicious! We parked on the street just two blocks away (two hour paid parking). Great location to explore this beautiful city

Beautiful Hotel
Tricky to get to the hotel driving a car. Parked at the La Salle Garage, 5 minute walk away. Room had a wonderful view of the square. Large, beautiful room. Was very happy. The hotel was a short walking distance to the Cathedral and the various squares. Would stay here again.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. It’s location is amazing. You can walk anywhere. The staff was incredibly friendly. The rooms were very large and had wonderful bathtubs and showers. Everything was spotless. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.

The hotel is in the old town which is such a beautiful area. We were on the top floor and room was lovely with stunning views. There was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room (a slight disappointment) and the woman working on reception was not very welcoming. In the morning when we went for breakfast we were told that we couldn’t choose two different options (one set menu, one buffet) as one of us could get more food to give to the other! We felt it was very rude to imply such a thing.

A gem—in the old town but removed from the din. Fantastic view from the room (201). Super high quality bed and linens and bath. Gorgeous common rooms and quiet back terrace. Superb staff. You can’t and won’t go wrong staying here—first rate!

Lovely central location. Balcony was nice. Modern and clean. Only real negatives were no ability to eat before 8.30am and the crazy amount of noise until 2.30am from drinkers in the bar in the square below.
