Rooms were nice and clean. I like they have have multiple locks on the gate, front door and the rooms. I loved that they had Netflix and other streaming channels so I was able to watch TV in English.

My stay was very nice. I would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to stay in a vibrant part of Santiago. Plenty of shopping and dinning within walking distance. The newly opened mall is just minutes away. Enjoy!

This is awesome place for someone who want to stay calm and get relaxed. The location is right into heart of Santiago where you can easily find fine dining and cool restaurants. I hope you guys enjoy your stay like I do. Regarding WiFi and hot water, air conditioning are perfect. It could have some problems for others but during my stay is perfectly working well. Plus, the bathroom is spacious and I really love it.

This was comfortable and quiet living space in a safe area. The standard room i booked has a nice decor for a one bedroom space and the bathroom was clean and stylish also. Supermarkets are within walking distance and so are some dining options.
