My stay wasn’t bad, it was very affordable, so you get what you pay for. Inside hotel felt safe. But the neighborhood the hotel is in, not so much. Hotel was nice and clean. Staff were very nice and available.

The room was clean and the TV did have cable, albeit I did have problems with the remote controls, in the beginning, I was able to flip through most of the channels. The AC worked fine, and while the shower didn’t have any hot water, in the morning, when I was about to go to the shower, the warm water came on, albeit it only lasted for about 10 minutes. Only negative was the check in, due to the fact that the assistant didn’t bring an extra towel plus I had to get the remote controls downstrairs.

Stayed here Carnival weekend 2026! Great location and price!! Plenty of rooms and every floor has multiple day areas to relax outside room and use WiFi if your room isn’t close enough. The best spot for WiFi is near the bridge that connects the two buildings. Also loved the pool and playing with the small puppy who guards it. The young guy Noel speaks English and was very helpful when I switched to a quieter room in the back. Free coffee in the morning in lobby. There’s a cafe but I ate at the cheap cafe on corner (container of food there is RD200). The carnival is a 5 minute walk. I extended stay to visit Jarabacoa, Santiago, Moca, San Francisco. The publico/guagua stations are a few blocks from hotel. Hotel is the best base for exploring the Valles de Cibao!

The surrounding area of the hotel might take you by surprise, but once you are inside it's a nice place. The check-in process was smooth, the room was clean, mini fridge had refreshments, and staff were very kind and helpful throughout our entire stay. Arge was especially helpful and attentive to our needs, always made sure we had what we needed. The hotel is less than a five minute walk from a grocery store so we were able to get goods easily. While we had reservations leaving the hotel, we found no issue eating at local cafes, going to the grocery store, or even visiting the local church. Overall we had a nice stay at Pegasus. Thank you again to the staff for being so helpful during our stay.

This was a last minute booking since my other accommodations fell through. The property itself is good. The room was spacious, comfortable bed, big closet and a fridge. The toilet seat was broken, there was some mold in the shower head. But overall the room was clean.

The location was good. The the decoration on the room was nice as insisted by one of the staff. The cleanliness wasn’t good. There were some hair and dust in the room and bathroom. The bathroom window was facing one of the security camera when opened for ventilation so that a little odd.

The rooms were really dirty, not going to lie. Garbage under the bed and hair all over the floors (I’m bald). We voiced our concern and we got told it was from our shoes…not much concern to help us, we had to argue to be changed rooms. Also our tv didn’t work and we went down twice for help and they never came up to help us. The area is sketchy as well. I wouldn’t really recommend unless you want a quick sleep around carnaval time.
