The Apartment on fourth floor has beautiful view on the city and nature. Luxury furniture, This penthouse has 3 beautiful bedrooms, the master bedroom with its own bathroom and dressing room, with a king size bed & the other rooms with a queen size bed. Two rooms with Air Conditioning, three bathrooms. 2 balconies with amazing views, two parking. One dining room, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. PlayStation, Cable TV and WiFi are included. Laundry room with washer and dryer.
And up stairs has a room where you have access to a music equipment. Next to the Jacuzzi we have a Barbecue grill.
The apartment is located less than 15 minutes from the international airport Cibao, 3 minutes from the Metropolitan Hospital of Santiago (HOMS) and also 3 minutes from the hospital (Union Medica del Norte). We are 5 minutes from the shopping centers (Plaza Internacional, Bellatera Mall, Cinemas, Restaurants, Bars, Discos) and the Monument.
