I like this place been coming here since I was a little girl with my parents and the thing is the rooms need to be cleaned properly more so the bathrooms they need to take the mold from the edges or just remodel them

For being classified as a Resort place, this was more like a 2-3 star place, did not fit the price charged nor the classification; bathroom/showers very small/tight areas. Very noisy late at night with Music groups blaring their music late night and early morning hours without being told to respect other guests. Staff at Reception very blunt, not warm welcome. Maid service hard workers

Ac was not working Staff was EXTREMELY rude and gave little to no assistance, it was like pulling teeth to get information. No one wanted to help! False advertisement, pools were closed Park was closed We traveled from the U.S. for my sons wedding and it was so stressful, my father could not walk very well and there are no handicap amenities Food took an hour for a burger and 2 drinks

It’s nice and fun just be ready to walk lots of up and down hills to ur destination they don’t have golf carts not convenient for elderly or someone in wheel chair it’s a lot of walking unless u have a car and your driving then your good. The food it’s ok 5 out of ten.

Its hidden in the back nice & quite but limited parking they put parking violations on our side x side then we was getting charged for a pool towel. As a high class resort they should provide them. The rooms weren't remodeled like it said online beds where stiff , AC where out of date didnt get a room till 5pm
