Beautiful and comfortable department

Vive una gran experiencia en este lugar es un departamento nuevo, Edificio nuevo se terminó de construir en diciembre 2023. Este departamento está en primer piso, es muy fresco en verano. Relájate con jardín particular, sala cowork, sala de cine, salón gourmet, gimnasio y piscina en esta estancia única y tranquila cercano a todo, especialmente barrio gourmet de Manuel Montt o barrio Italia dónde puedes salir a pasear y disfrutar caminando a los diferentes restaurantes y plazas y parques de la zona. A 18 minutos caminando hay un gimnasio al aire libre en el parque Inés de Suárez. O bien a 2 minutos tienes parada de autobús para ir al gran Mall Costanera Center, y otros centros comerciales.
