Great deal for an apartment/hotel

Very good stay. It’s a nice small apartment, overall pretty clean no real complaints. Nice people running the operation too, let me store my bags until my flight later that night. Balcony was a nice place to hang out along with the rooftop pool and lounge area. Great deal for the price. Only 15 minute subway ride to downtown.

Hated every moment. Not even 2*

This is not 4* seriously. It’s about a 2 star apartment with basically a tiny room and balcony. The staff were hopeless and unhelpful, let’s not working, no cleaning services or tv working or air con/heater. Place is a dump.

I really liked the location. It was great for us, close to the Omnium which was the place that the transportation to go to the mountain was leaving. The apartment itself was really pretty and confortable for us. With great wifi service, TV, and all what necesary in the kitchen. In our 5 night stay, they only came once to clean the room, and actually didn´t seem that clean at all. Despite that, eveything was fine.

Mancavano però certi elementi fondamentali per una struttura del genere: una pulizia regolare (negli ultimi giorni non l'hanno affatto effettuata); atrezzi per pulire e asciugare le posate, piatti e bicchieri; poca pulizia negli armadi; mai cambiate le lenzuole o gli asciugamani in quasi due settimane.

Great apartment in a good location in Santiago. The traffic noise was noticeable, yet you are in a city, something to expect. Parking was a challenge for me because my vehicle is tall. A normal car can find paid parking close.

Check in was a nightmare. The reception people were very unhelpful, to say the least. Until I found the correct office to go to on the second floor, I was given no help at all. Once I finally got to my room it was better than expected after my initial impressions.

não houve limpeza no apartamento.durante estadia. Na chegada foi.complicado , a pessoa não achou minha reserva e quando encontrou o.apt reservado era para 2 pessoas e não 4. Foi trocado, mas não é uma situação agradável em outro idioma.

Hotel con buena ubicación pero pocos servicios

Malo:La recepcion del Hotel no funciona 24 hrs, tenia varios focos fundidos mi cuarto, el internet es lentísimo, el servicio lo hacen 1 día si 1 no, ya no se puede utilizar la alberca ni el gimnasio para los huéspedes del hotel. Bueno:Buena ubicación y cama muy comoda.

Não sei o motivo ao certo, mas tive que ir para um outro prédio, pois não tinha apartamentos disponíveis. Pagaram o táxi da ida e o lugar não era ruim. Só que achei isso bem estranho e fiquei até com medo de ser rolo. No final tudo deu certo.

4 estrellas ni cerca! Frio, ruidoso, es un dpto

Pase la noche en Santiago y llegue tarde, no hay personal ya que es un edificio de departamentos residencial donde equiparon un par de departamentos para arrendar. No hay estacionamiento asignado, el conserje no entiende nada porque no es su labor. El departamento no cuenta co calefaccion, pase bastante frio, es ruidoso dado el sector y mala aislacion, bastante incomodo la verdad, pero por el precio esta relativamente bien.

Nice place but needs revamping

I stayed at this hotel many times and the quality of the rooms were very nice and clean. This time the furniture was old and damaged, there was no shampoo, toilet paper, there was no towel to clean and dry dishes, there was alot of dirty spots on the blanket.

Can't believe this hotel is shown as a 4 star. It doesn't qualify even for a 2 star -e.g. Towels provided were shabby and with holes, AC leaking water through the floor (and had to change room), extremely noisy, fan in bathroom on at all time, just to list a few.
