Cumplió con lo esperado.
Buena opción en Santiago. Estuve solo para dormir y no tuve tiempo para conocer la zona ni usar el restaurante. Me gustó que hubiera dispensadores de jabón y champú para evitar botellitas de plástico.

Mediocre experience
The experience was mediocre. The shower water was tepid, there was no hand towel (only shower and feet towels), no napkins in the bedroom (a standard in other hotels), the breakfast was not good (e.g. insipid ham, dry pastries, no natural yogurt), and the registering process very uncomfortable: I was asked to give my family notebook ("Libreta familiar" in Spanish), because I was registering with my son. Although I understand the protocol for safety reasons, I wasn't given any explanation other than "protocol" (nor in a kind way). In sum, an uncomfortable, mediocre experience.

Basic room that was ok but dated with no USB connection and poorly placed wall sockets (none close to the bed for example) They have removed tea and coffee facilities from the room and then charge for any you order. If that wasn't annoying enough on the 2 attempts I made to order tea, the first one after an hour I called reception to be told it had been forgotten and still took 30 further minutes to arrive. 2nd time I ordered it took 40 mins. I was using the hotel for a quarantine stay mandated 7 days on arrival. I ordered food for outside delivery and every day but 2 it took between 25-35 minutes to get it from reception delivered to the room. I also waited 2 days for fresh towels that I asked for and ended up leaving rubbish outside the room rather than it just piling up in the room. After 4 days I requested fresh sheets and changed the bed myself (no issue with that), if I hadn't asked twice for this I am sure I wouldn't of had it offered for a change This hotel is badly managed and the staff have no customer service skills. For people quarantining and unable to leave the room they how little empathy and assistance. For the price I may as well have been in a hostel. Would never stay or recommend this property again. The hotel just seems to profit off of the covid quarantine guests.

The restaurant was good. Amenities in the room are limited (no small towels, uncomfortable chair, the room temp was 28 deg C and it wasn’t until the second day they were able to change it. The room key had to be swapped out twice in 3 days. Staff was very helpful.
