Room was quaint and cozy, definitely appreciated the kitchenette setup which made it felt homey. No staff on site but they were super responsive and reliable on WhatsApp. Location is super accessible since it's right outside the Metro station and in between Centro and Lastarria.

The building is beautiful, and the apartments are very comfortable and bright. There was a lot of noise at night, which made it difficult to sleep well. They probably need a receptionist to assist guests and provide security outside, as it's a troubled neighborhood.

Good and convenient

Great location, but with that comes some noise... the kitchen is the best we found in our long trip. There is even olive oil and a knife sharpner. Im impressed. Could be a little cleaner, found some long hairs on the floor abd kitchen sink still dirty. Bathroom was clean though.

Das Appartment hat ein Schlafzimmer und ein Wohn-Essbereich sowie ein kleines Bad. Alle Räume waren sauber und die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Die Kommunikation war immer sehr gut. Einziger Nachteil ist, dass die Fenster die Geräuche von der Straße nicht gut dämmen.

El lugar está bien, es todo lo que se necesita de un cuarto. Era un buen espacio y tiene todo lo necesario para la estadía. Los alrededores están bien, cerca hay restaurantes, supermercados, lavanderías, la entrada al metro está cruzando la calle, pero la zona se vuelve un poco solitaria y peligrosa durante la noche. No ofrecen limpieza durante la estadía, es decir, estuvimos 4 días en la habitación y en estos días no limpiaron la habitación. Nosotros no tuvimos problemas pues habia escoba pero es un inconveniente. No nos gustó la ducha: es calentada por una caldera y solo permite bañarse por 10 minutos y se recarga cada 90 minutos. Es un gran inconveniente porque al ser 2 personas, el segundo debe esperar a que recargue el agua y se pierde demasiado tiempo que se quiere aprovechar para salir temprano. Además, en el caso del pelo largo, si quiere lavarse el cabello debe hacerlo mal porque 10 minutos no son suficientes para un buen lavado.
