The Space

- Enjoy the building’s common areas, such as the pool and barbecue area, perfect for relaxing or spending time with others.
- Your reservation includes spare sheets, towels, toilet paper, and other amenities designed for your comfort.
- Thanks to its orientation, the apartment receives natural light for most of the day, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Before your arrival, we’ll send you all the necessary information to ensure your check-in and stay are simple and comfortable.
- Currently, there is no TV or microwave, but we’re working on adding them to improve your experience.

The apartment has one bedroom with a comfortable double box-spring bed, perfect for resting. If you need more space or are travelling with someone else, there’s also a futon in the living room—and of course, it comes with everything you need to be comfortable!
