"We were surprised that the front desk staff spoke great English! It’s in the central part of town very close to restaurants and the bus station. Good price and great facility."

"The quality/price rate is excellent. The location is in a brand-new area of development, so everything near is real good. The only drawback is that you eill need a cab or rent a car if you want to go to the beaches or downtown. You are away from everything that Florianopolis stand for. If you want a beach resort, this is not it."
