Spacious, comfortable and charming apartment located in an excellent location,so you can enjoy the main attractions that the city of Santo Domingo has to offer. Located on the first level, The apartment has three bedrooms, large private patio, balcony, two bathrooms, living room and dining room fully equipped with everything you might need. 24 hour security, two covered parking spaces, barbecue, 24 hour Wi-Fi, cable and Netflix. Just 20 minutes from Las Americas International Airport and 25 minutes from the main beaches in the eastern part of the country. 15 minutes from the Colonial zone and the Malecon of Santo Domingo. Only 5 minutes from supermarkets, bars, restaurants and main malls of the city. We are located in the exclusive sector of Amanda II which is a gate community residential to which no one can Access without being previously identified by the security that monitors our private community 24 hours a day. We have 4 mini markets within the community which offer home delivery service completely free.
