About this property
Private pool and the beach just 5km away
Comfortable apartment with swimming pool in the garden. At about 5 km are the beach, nightclubs, bars, restaurants, etc. At the same time in an ideal place in moments of rest because the area is quiet and safe. Electricity sometimes goes out for maintenance or due to heavy rain and wind, but we have an inverter with backup batteries. When the inverter is being used, neither the water heater nor the air conditioners can be used, but the fans can.
