  • This comfortable apartment is located in a modern tower, located near the best shopping plazas, main avenues of the city, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets and entertainment centers, has two rooms each with its bathroom, air conditioning and closet and the main one With balcony, it is fully equipped to meet all the needs of our guests. It is a private, spacious and comfortable apartment that can accommodate up to 6 people.

    The building has a modern common area on the 9th floor of the building, consisting of a covered terrace equipped with furniture, TV and an open terrace, in addition to the pool that is open until 11PM, Gym available 24/7.

    It consists of private roofed parcel, automatic door and security at all times through surveillance cameras.
