There is a $10 fee per guest, per night, after the second guest.
No visitors are allowed unless declared in the reservation.
Stained or damaged towels, sheets, or covers will incur a US$30 fee per item.
Walking in hallways, stairs, or elevators in a bathing suit or without a shirt is not allowed.
Only registered guests are allowed to enter the building. Surprise visits are not permitted.
Social areas are open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Loud music is not allowed, and the areas are closed on Mondays for maintenance.
Respectful behavior is required in all areas of the building.
A fee of US$20 per night will be charged for any undeclared guest.
Local residents must contact the host prior to booking.
The use of illegal drugs on the property is strictly forbidden.
Hookahs are prohibited on the property. Any guest caught using one will be expelled from the apartment, as they are prohibited by law.
Loudspeakers are not allowed inside the apartment or in the condo’s common areas.
A smoking fee of US$200 will be charged for any violation.
Late check-out fee: 30 minutes past check-out time will incur a US$50 fee. After 2 hours, an additional day’s fee will be charged. However, this fee does not grant possession for an extra day; it is a penalty for overstaying and potentially impacting future reservations.
If you have a complaint about the property, addressing it to us or Airbnb authorizes us to enter the property to resolve the issue. We do not need additional permission to access the property for necessary repairs or cleaning.
Violations of these house rules may result in booking cancellation and removal from the property without a refund.
