NEW 3 floors PH Loft, Private Jacuzzi,Wifi, A/C
Located in one of the most secure and accesible areas in the city of Santo Domingo. 25 Minutes from the airport, 5 to 10 minutes from most great restaurants and night attractions as La Gloria, Central Gastronómica, Pepperoni, the theater Teatro Nacional, Bellas Artes and Centro Olimpico park, best hospitals and universities
The space
Industrial look and modern decor with a double height window view towards the south of the city and the Caribbean Sea. Also in the first floor you will find an open kitchen fully equipped and spacious living room with a 55¨tv. There´s also a laundry room. An open staircase lead you to the second floor where you will find a very confortable queen size bed, dressed up with pillows, cotton sheets and duvet with a full bathroom and another 42¨tv. Finally in the third floor you will have an open and private terrace that has a jacuzzi and a great view of the city and the Caribbean Sea.
Guest access
There is also a social area that has another jacuzzi for your use, but you probably wont need it because you will have a jacuzzi and a private terrace all for your own.
In case you want to use it, you will need a previous reservation.
