You need to make sure you reach out to the host, because there are different buildings and you need to know which one you are staying at. Then they will send you the building the room number and door code. The downfall was that the pool was not open. The apartment was very clean. The receptionist in the evening was not to friendly, rest of staff and receptionist during the morning was much more friendly and helpful with questions we had.
