You'll surely have an incredible stay in this Modern 6th floor oceanview apartment Zona Universitaria! The apartment is fully equipped with all the amenities to ensure a comfortable and amazing stay!

During your stay, you will have access to many nearby grocery, attractions, eateries, and popular tourist attractions - all within a short walk, UBER ride, or Metro ride from the apartment.
The space
The Modern Cozy apartment is an amazing home is equipped with more than just the basic necessities. The home has air-conditioning in the bedroom. with the windows opened, you'll experience a refreshing breeze that passes directly through the home!

There is a full bathroom in the bedroom and half bath in the Livingroom area.

A washer and dryer is in the apartment for guest to use. Also, there is a clothes drying line on the 10th for of the building if you prefer open air drying.

The apartment has a full kitchen in the home that includes a microwave, oven, stove, pots, pans, toaster, and silverware that are available for use.

The home is equipped with a 55 inch SMART television in the living area and a 43 inch SMART TV in the bedroom.
