La vista del apartamento fue hermosa. Sin embargo, el apartamento que nos asignaron no era el mismo que se mostraba en las imágenes.El edificio en general se nota que necesita bastante mantenimiento y limpieza.Con toda honestidad, me he hospedado en varias casas vacacionales y no sentí que este lugar estuviera completamente preparado para recibirnos. Al llegar, la televisión no estaba instalada en la sala, por lo que estuvimos dos días sin TV.Durante mi estadía reporté en varias ocasiones problemas con el aire acondicionado de la habitación principal; solo el último día funcionó.El agua de la llave necesita revisión, ya que tenía mal olor. Además, la llave del fregadero estaba en mal estado.La segunda habitación no tenía colchas para arroparse; solo la habitación principal contaba con ellas.No disponian de lavadora y secadora. La habitación principal necesita mejor aislamiento del ruido, ya que es difícil dormir. Las ventanas no cierran bien, lo que permite que entre el ruido del exterior.En cuanto a la seguridad, las puertas/ventanas del balcón no cerraban correctamente, ni tampoco las de la habitación principal. Aunque el edificio aparenta ser seguro, hay mucho movimiento por los bares cercanos, y cualquier persona puede entrar al lobby.En general, la experiencia fue regular. El apartamento tiene puntos positivos como la vista y la ubicación, pero varios aspectos importantes necesitan mejora, especialmente en mantenimiento y detalles al huésped
