Arge was a wonderful host during breakfast! SHe was friendly, attentive, and made our breakfast experience very enjoyable. The front desk staff was also welcoming and helpful. The rooms were clean, but they definitely need some updates and renovations. Unfortunately, the TV in our room did not work, and the laundry service was extremely disappointing. Overall, the staff made a positive impression, but improvements in hotel, room maintenance and laundry service would greatly enhance the guest experience.

The hotel has good location, private parking lot and the most important is the Cleanliness of the place and room. Excellent decoration and the room is 5 star. It was a nice experience sleeping there. Breakfast included is excellent and it has a restaurant in the second floor and a cafeteria in the first one, I loved to stay there and I recommend it.

I really liked the hotel. Breakfast was great and staff was really nice and attentive at all times. My only complaint would be the parking at night. They host activities and have a club at night and it can get really crowded and uncomfortable to park.

There is no airport shuttle. I arrived at night and it was very quiet can’t speak for the daytime. It is located off a main road. The hotel overall is nice but there is no hot water, and the bed made me itch. I didn’t see any bugs or have any bites so it must be the detergent they use. I do like this hotel overall for one or two nights it wouldn’t be too bad for the price.

The staff was very helpful and welcoming upon arrival. Breakfast was great considering the price we paid for the stay. Only downside was that the pictures look nicer than the actual room. Having that said, still was pretty decent for the price range.

The hotel has very convenient location. The hotel looks like is in renovation and looks not so well maintained. The rooms have missing supplies, also the room was dirty , the floor dirty , the shower dirty. I was for just 1 night and I don’t think to recommend this place at all.

Liked the hotel and the size of the rooms, but there are a few areas that should be addressed: (1) we were not provide the wifi password when we checked in...I assumed it would be in the room, but after a late arrival and shower I discovered around 1:00 that we had no password. Attempted to contact the lobby, but the phone in the room was inoperable and there was no answer when I called via my cell; so, I sent a text which was finally answered 1 1/2 hours later; (2) there is not lighting in the small alcove where one enters our room and the adjacent room, and it was so dark that we had to use flashlights to use the key; (3) there was no lighting in the "cabinet kitchen" in the suite, which made it impossible to use at night, and (4) there were NO CUPS OR GLASSES or any type of tableware, despite the fact that it was advertised as a suite with kitchen (and had two burners and a fridge). Fix these issues and we will be back again...otherwise, we will not. We live in the DR and travel to Santo Domingo frequently.

Very convenient hotel if your plan is to be in the city center for a short term or for business, the location of the hotel is good within a walking distance to shops, banks, restaurants and supermarkets. Rooms are clean and big enough, breakfast was okay for the price but during the weekend the noise of the club upstairs is loud and will continued until almost 5 am. Their personnel are very kind and attentive, overall it was good for the price just loud.
