The location was great. Right on a beautiful beach. The staff was very attentive. The food was not good. I try to stay away from gluten but I had to limit myself to bread during my stay, and that was sub par.

It had multiple pools but most importantly for me it was located on one of the best beaches I’ve ever been too and I been to many other beaches in the Caribbean and Mexico. I’d like to thank the entire staff, but I want to give a special shout-out to Virgilio at reception for everything he did to ensure we had the best possible experience and accommodations. The greatest asset of this resort is its people—the customer service was outstanding throughout our stay. The food could use some improvement, but it’s fair for the price and still offers a decent variety of options.

Our room was clean, the staff were friendly, the food was good, and the grounds were well kept. The staff were very visible and constantly cleaning around the pools and throughout the resort. Overall, a great experience; we will be back.

The resort is wonderful. I stayed for 5 days and I was extremely happy with staff. They are very attentive and always greeting you with a smile. The rooms are very clean. The food was absolutely delicious and the whole vibe was relaxing a overall happy. I will gladly return.

Definitely the best bang for your buck!! Obviously not the fanciest place but it truly was pretty great. The facility is older but they do a great job keeping up with maintenance and an amazing job keeping it clean. The staff is amazing!! So kind and def there to help. Food was a little repetitive but even though we are pretty picky eaters we were able to find something at the buffet at every meal. I would def visit again.
