"O hotel é novo e no geral muito bom. Mas tivemos dois dias sem agua quente no chuveiro e as refeições no hotel sao muito demoradas (mais de uma hora para chegar o pedido). A praia é maravilhosa, muito boa para crianças, porem a entrada dela na frente do hotel tem acumulo de lixo muito grande. Não há fiscalização na entrada do hotel na rua da praia e vimos muitas pessoas que não eram hospedes usar a ducha. A regiao onde esta o hotel tem muitos quiosques e um restaurante muito bom. Mas os quiosques tem som muito alto e muita gente aglomerada, mas nao atrapalhou na estadia.
Ficamos num quarto no primeiro andar e nao há elevador, e como temos um bebe foi bem dificil em relaçao a subir e descer o carrinho todos os dias.
Apesar desses detalhes, eu voltaria a me hospedar nele. "

"This property has everything we could ask for! We will definitely be back. The rooms and all areas of the hotel are spotless, the food is fresh, the staff are friendly, and it’s perfect for a family vacation, with plenty of activities and spaces for kids. It was our first time here, but certainly not our last. We have nothing negative to mention—well done, Serrambi Resort!"

"The property is clean and designed well. It's quiet and has many amenities. The road surrounding the property is a mess and the area is still being developed. That said Maragogi is beautiful. Clear blue water and awesome weather. The bad is getting to and from the property. Rent a car if you can or workout transport in advance."
