It’s a very beautiful and well kept property.. With the magnificent views of the Aegean Sea. Tons of good restaurants around n just a few steps up to the Main Street from the villa. Good choice.

We had an amazing stay in the Top Caldera suite. It was well equipped and very clean. The hot tub and the view were stunning! The team had great communication and made arranging taxis and transporting our luggage a breeze! Would recommend to anyone!

Excellent Caldera view from the balcony. The best part is its location..less than a min walk from sunset view, photo spots close by. Most popular restaurants, exit for vehicle access is very easily accessible. Highly recommended this place.

This house is a paradise in Santorini! The view is spectacular and the jacuzzi outside is perfect for the day and night. The hosts were very nice, attentive to our every detail and the daily breakfast was very good. Parking was also very easy and free at a local parking nearby. Thanks for an overall perfect stay!

Caldera House

This place is more beautiful than the pictures. Mary was very helpful with everything we needed. She was even there the night of our arrival at midnight after we had a cancelled flight and had to take a ferry to the island. She helped with our bags and got us settled in. I highly recommend this place!!! It is in a perfect location.

Highly recommend! The house was clean, the view was fabulous, and location was great. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and the breakfast provided was generous. Beds were comfortable. I only wish there had been a light blanket, as the nights were cool and we would’ve loved to have still sat outside on the balcony. The hot tub was a great addition, though the temp was not hot enough to enjoy it at night. We loved our stay.

We had the most wonderful stay at Caldera Houses in Santorini! From the moment we arrived, our host was incredibly welcoming, meeting us in person and helping us with everything we needed. They even went out of their way to arrange transportation and offer great recommendations for local spots to visit. The complimentary breakfast was such a lovely surprise, and the host was always quick to respond to any questions we had. The house itself was beautiful, with unbeatable views. We felt so well taken care of and would absolutely recommend staying here! Five stars all the way!

The property itself was in a great location minus around sunset hour when the hoards of tourist fill/block the narrow streets, making it difficult to get to and from the property. The view was beautiful and close to everything in Oia. We had a few issues with the host, as the communication was not great and she was a bit short with me. We had transportation and dining reservation issues as well. I would recommend making those reservations yourself.

This place is just simply amazing The view took our breath away. It’s in the center of Oia but in the quieter area. Very close to marble walkway. We decided to eat in a lot because this place had the view better than some restaurants! And we can also save money and be comfortable. My kids (10 and 12) slept on the sofa bed that turns into 2 twin beds and they are actually very comfortable unlike those traditional sofa bed. Kitchen had everything we needed. Breakfast was very cute and they give you a lot of food. Santorini was so hot to be walking around for my kids so they enjoyed the hot tub and we didn’t mind staying in since this place had the view. Mary was very responsive and helpful. We will miss here!

Mary was the host/contact for this property and she was great at communicating with us every step of the way from arranging airport pickup to showing us the property when we arrived. The property itself is located at an ideal location where is it is just steps away from the action but just far enough away from all the noise. The view of the caldera was amazing from the balcony. The kids loved the private jacuzzi on the balcony. The interior was beautifully decorated. It had a small kitchen and we were able to prepare our own meals if desired. The bathroom was large and don’t feel crammed like other hotels we visited. The only downside is that the water pressure could be weak at times. Overall, we would recommend this property to our friends and families and would definitely stay here again on future visits.

Beautiful location with outstanding views. We had all the amenities along with our own hot tube. Breakfast was delivered at 8:30, plentiful and healthy. The responsiveness of Mary and her staff was excellent. The home is private and quiet. One downside is anyone over 5'10" needs to be very careful with the bedroom doorframes! :)
