This was a great choice to book for first time Santorini visitors. We enjoy access to the beach which is why we chose this hotel. Only thing is the airplanes flying over the room at all times very low caused loud noise that would wake us up from our sleep. Kamari is further than Fira and Oia so keep in mind when wanting to visit them, cost of transportation is pretty high. You may be better off renting a car. Hotel was a short walk to all shops and restaurants which was very convenient.

If you’re into airlanes at a close distance every 20-25 min this is your place! The only negative is it’s about 4 miles from the airport and the hotel is in the flight path of EVERY incoming plane: Outside of that it’s a great resort on the beach: staff: location: food: drink: accommodation all A+ Just beware air traffic noise is unavoidable!

We have just departed following our wedding in Santorini. I can’t thank Costa Grand enough for how amazingly helpful they have been, no request was too big. We were offered a complimentary upgrade on our last night which we politely declined due to the amount of baggage we had unpacked but we appreciated the offer so much. We had approx 30 people staying with us at Costa grand so I had emailed a few months before and asked if we could possibly be close together in the hotel to reduce disruption to other guest around the pool, we never expected them to manage this but they did! Meaning all of our guests were in one area which was amazing. The amenities were great, food and drink were excellent and staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Beachfront suite 216 Nice spacious well appointed room for a family of 4 Sofa beds in separate room for children balcony access from both rooms. Not much wardrobe/storage as the one down side. Hotel staff very accommodating in reception and at restaurant - half board is a good option. Food selection good at breakfast and dinner. Resort easy to access for local amenities and multiple restaurants. Sunrise in front of the hotel - easy access to multiple pools and beach - plenty of sunbeds and hotel offers beach towels. Highly recommend

We had the time of our lives. First time on Santorini and we heard the east side was quieter and beautiful and fun and Costa Grande helped make all of that true. Easy 10-12 minute ride to Fira but we spent nights listening to the ocean and enjoying a 5 star hotel. Footsteps away were 15 great restaurants and the food and breakfasts at CG were beyond. Stella - the waitress was a delight and we loved every minute.
