Aethria villa is located in the traditional village of Imerovigli, Santorini, on the rocks of the only habitable caldera in the world.
Built with earth materials and discreet decoration, it preserves the Cycladic architecture over time, with respect for the human and natural environment.
The special "silhouette" and the advantage of its location make Aethria unique.
Overlooking the volcano of the island, sleeping in the calm waters of the sea, it offers the opportunity to enjoy the multi-faceted view, sometimes mysterious and unexplored and sometimes seductive and adorably familiar.

Great location and villa!

Highly recommend this villa! Location is wonderful and away from all the crowds yet close enough to walk to town to shop. Lots of restaurants close by and a supermarket. We would stay again!

Great location and house, amazing views

Very nice home in a quieter area of Santorini. Restaurants and market just a couple minute walk. Amazing views and perfect location to watch the sunset.

Amazing!

We stayed here with friends for a group trip and it exceeded my expectations. The host Fanis was easy to communicate with and arranged transport for our large group! The property itself is beautiful and comfortable with such amazing views! I would recommend this property and stay again. Staying at this property on our first trip to Santorini was part of what made it so amazing. Thank you so much for the memories on a beautiful place.
