Nice Place, could have better customer service

The place was fantastic, but the upstairs shower was broken when we got there. They couldn't fix it while we were there and had to share the one shower. We tried to ask them to waive the hot tub heater fee of €50, and they would only waive half. Given the amount of money we spent on our stay there, it would have been nicer of the owner to waive the fee entirely. I felt like we were cheaped out on.
