Villa Neressa is an elegant two-bedroom residence set within a small boutique complex of just three suites, nestled in the picturesque village of Imerovigli on the island of Santorini. Covering approximately 120 square metres, Villa Neressa features two beautifully appointed bedrooms with extra-large double beds, two bathrooms and a generous living area that opens seamlessly to exceptional outdoor spaces. A private swimming pool faces the caldera, while the expansive rooftop terrace provides an idyllic setting to unwind in the outdoor heated hot tub while taking in panoramic sea, city and landmark views. The interiors are calm and sophisticated, complemented by air conditioning throughout, soundproofing, a fireplace, flat-screen satellite television, minibar, safety deposit box and complimentary toiletries, bathrobes and slippers.



The private kitchen is fully equipped for comfortable in-house dining and includes an oven, stovetop, refrigerator, coffee machine, electric kettle, dining table and complete kitchenware. The overall atmosphere of the complex is relaxed and discreet, enhanced by attentive hospitality and housekeeping services arranged as required, with additional assistance available on request. There is no permanent on-site reception.



Villa Neressa is a non-smoking property and is accessed via stairs only. Children aged 15 years and over are welcome, however cots and extra beds are not available, and the minimum age for check-in is 18. No damage deposit or mandatory extra costs are specified unless advised prior to arrival, and any optional services are subject to availability and local charges.
