Quarto era pra ter sido liberado 12:00 do sabado dia 25/10, poe chegamos 14:00 e aidna nao estava liberado ( foi informado que em virtude de alta permanecia de 30 quartos tudo atrasou ). Piso do quarto estava sujo, tive que chamar a camareira que estava no quarto ao lado. O sabonete e o papel da permanência anterior não foram recolhidos do box. O exaustor do banheiro não estava funcionando.

NÃO RECOMENDO!!!!! O hotel cheira mal desde a entrada. Os quartos são encardidos. Os banheiros extremamente mal limpos, cheios de crostas. Quarto com cheiro de cigarro. O jantar é terrível! Comida engordurada e de péssima qualidade.

Lugar extremamente sujo e encardido!

Hotel horrível de sujeira!!! Precisa de limpeza decente e reforma urgente!!!! Tivemos que trocar duas vezes de quarto! O primeiro tinha urina no chão do banheiro e cheiro forte. O segundo a torneira sem água. As portas brancas encardidas de sujeira, paredes sujas, revestimentos dos banheiros cheios de crostas. É perigoso pegar uma doença em um lugar tão sujo!

Tudo estava muito bom. A reserva foi feita para duas pessoas, no entanto, quando chegamos lá. Estava somente para 1 pessoa, não tinha como cancelar. Acredito que poderia ser negociável essa questão da reserva. Tive que pagar a diferença de uma pessoa. No mais foi ótimo.

podiam melhorar.

o quarto estava limpinho,mas o corredor tinha cheiro de carpete molhado(parece que vasa agua dos banheiros no corredor)fica todo manchado o carpete,a maioria dos funcionários são ótimos ,o ar gela bem,as diarias não são baratas e quando chegamos tinha mudado o valor,sorte ter o conprovante da reserva no celular e se quiser café e estacionamento paga á parte.

Protetor do Colchão danificado. Fronha e Travesseiro reserva com odor de suor. Solicitei por 2 vezes um travesseiro na recepção e não foi providenciado. Funcionários da limpeza conversando no corredor e incomodando os hospedes. Check in Dia 26.7. Esqueci de fotografar
