"I rarely take the time to write reviews, but this experience absolutely deserves one. We’re not typical all-inclusive travelers we usually prefer more peaceful, elevated resorts without everything bundled in. Jamaica has been calling me back, and it was between here and our previous stay at Montego Bay Hilton Rose Hall… after this trip, there’s no question we’ve found our place. The service was exceptional. Truly. The personality of the staff makes all the difference, and they exceeded every expectation. Shamone at the first-floor bar is a must visit as soon as you arrive ask her for “The Huh” and thank me later. Upstairs at MVP, Meggon and Shamar are absolute stars and bring such effortless energy to the space. Our children had an amazing time with the games and activities as well. Be sure to visit The Reef, the oceanfront buffet it’s a bit more relaxed than the main buffet and such a beautiful experience. The only note I’ll mention is the beach entry it looks inviting, but it’s quite rocky underfoot. Swim shoes make all the difference. Once you’re past the shoreline, it’s perfect and honestly, that’s just nature doing her thing. We’re already planning our return and can’t wait to experience the bungalows as a couple."

"Excellent stay at the Princess. My only recommendation is to have a hot tub or two. Having a pool with jet but water is cold defeats the purpose. Additionally charging for room service does not allow for the adult only feeling. "

"Very cute & clean rooms. Nice variety in gift shop. Perfect location on 7 mile beach. Excellent bartender & very reasonable drink selections. Lots of delicious selections to choose from on breakfast, lunch & dinner menues. Lunch menu is served til 5pm! Fine dinning for dinner!"

"Mr. BTTO and the activities staff were truly fabulous. Our family especially enjoyed the daily beach volleyball at 11—it was a highlight of our trip. The evening entertainment was also wonderful, and the staff throughout the resort were consistently friendly and welcoming. The people and beach were the highlights of our trip. That said, the resort itself is quite outdated and in need of significant repairs. Many of the walkways and decks felt worn and unsafe in places. The pool area lacked enough lounge chairs, making it difficult for families to relax outside of the water. The beach cabanas also need attention—cushions were dirty, ripped and everything appeared worn down. The food was what you expect for an all inclusive. Some good and some was not so great. Unfortunately, our room was also disappointing. The sofa bed was very dirty, and the mattress had springs poking through, making it unusable. As a result, our fifth family member had to sleep in our king bed. We were told this issue couldn’t be fixed during our stay. The cleaning staff were great! She kept the room clean during our stay. They did a great job restocking waters and sodas. Overall, while the staff and activities were excellent, the condition of the resort and accommodations needs serious improvement."

"Good for families maybe not so much adults who want a little more privacy and exclusion from teens and kids. for Very large resort with a huge main pool. Staff was very friendly and the food overall was very very good. We got the signature level and the resort only has 2 bars that offer premium liquor, 1 at the signature pool which closes at 6 and the other where you do the check in/out and they close at 11pm. Our room was cozy and we had a beautiful view of the ocean, my only complaint about the room is that you can hear everything. You can hear what is going on upstairs, people walking by outside, and the transportation carts. It’s a pretty good resort and has its pros and cons, but we would probably not go back. And be careful because they are real hard on getting you to go to the breakfast where they try to sway you into buying a membership with the hotel. It took us 4.5 hours of our day. "
