Não é a primeira vez que fico no hotel, porém Joinville entrega boas opções na mesma faixa de preço. O banheiro é claustrofóbico, a pia fica do lado de fora e não há tranca na porta do banheiro. O café da manhã decaiu desde a última vez que estive lá (alguns meses atrás). A equipe poderia ser mais cordial (não que não tenham sido). Falta estrutura no quarto para receber crianças menores de 2 anos. Ou se há, em momento algum nos foi ofertado.

A equipe execpcional. Quarto limpíssimo. minha única sugestão era adotar lencóis com elástico. Muito desconfortável. As arrumadeiras deixam o lençol muito bem arrumado, mas para quem tem um sono agitado, vc acorda em contato com o colchão. Pra mim, isso é um diferencial. Café da manhã muito bom, muito variado. Ótimo custo benefício.

A limpeza é excelente e merece destaque. No entanto, tivemos uma única situação negativa: meu esposo solicitou ao recepcionista do turno da noite a possibilidade de esquentar a mamadeira da nossa filha, e o pedido foi negado. Como alternativa, foi sugerido aquecer dentro da chaleira elétrica do quarto, o que não era adequado, já que nossa filha não utiliza leite em pó. Acreditamos que a disponibilização de uma pequena copa para aquecimento de alimentos seria um grande diferencial, especialmente para hóspedes com crianças, pois faz muita diferença no conforto da família.
