The bathroom sink faucet did not work, couldn’t even wash my hands. 5. Broken gate motor that left the vehicles unsecured in the parking lot across a busy street. 6. The breakfast spread was average for two days and on the third day breakfast was the bare minimum. We left the hotel and did not even eat breakfast on the fourth day. 7. The hotel denied Expedia a $70.00 refund request for one first night due to (GOL Airlines Severe Weather Delay) arriving a day late."

"A hospedagem foi maravilhosa! Achamos o quarto um pouco pequeno e apertado, mas nada que tenha atrapalhado. Roupa de cama e banho limpas e cheirosas. Café da manhã muito bom. Farto e com variedade. Da pousada consegue ver o parque, mas íamos e voltávamos de Uber (R$11,00). Nota 10 para o atendimento e cordialidade da Maria que nos ajudava com todas nossas solicitações. "
