Recepção muito boa. Apartamento pequeno . Banheiro minúsculo .Ao escovar os dentes , batemos o cotovelo no blindex do Box . Sentar no vaso sanitário, difícil , espaço mínimo. Cafe da manhã, razoável . Os itens que vão acabando , demoram para serem respostas, café , ovos mexidos ,etc . Não gostamos . Na sexta( ficamos 3 dias ) o apto não foi arrumado e toalha de rosto e tapete do banheiro que estavam sujos não haviam sido trocados . Solicitei a recepção e a responsável do momento , trocou . O melhor do hotel é a recepção .

Péssima experiência

Apesar de ser um hotel de rede, comporta-se como pousada. Chegamos (eu e meu companheiro) à localidade por volta das 20h (dirigimos por 7h, estávamos cansados). Ao adentrar o quarto, percebemos que estava sujo. Realizamos o registro fotográfico e fomos à recepção, pediram desculpas e trocaram o quarto. Neste, não tinha papel higiênico, solicitei à recepção. Disseram que eu tinha de descer para pegar (sim, temos de pegar o papel na recepção, não é deixado pela camareira). No dia seguinte, saímos para passear e, quando retornamos, à tarde, esqueceram de arrumar o quarto. Perguntei e a recepcionista pediu desculpas e disse que mandaria caprichar no outro dia, pois não havia o que fazer. Vale ressaltar que o hotel fica em um local de estrada de terra, mesmo limpando oa pés, a poeira vermelha permanece. Mesmo assim, não há troca a toalha de piso do banheiro. Os dispensers de shampoo e condicionador são enfeites, jamais completados, servem apenas para acumular sujeira na base. O ralo do banheiro desce água tão devagar que o nível vai "subindo" pelo box. O café da manhã é sempre sem variedade e os mesmos itens. E a funcionária que o organiza estava tão mal-humorada que fiquei constrangida. Em um, dos quatro dias de hospedagem, pedi serviço de quarto, dois pratos que "passearam" de carrinho pelo hotel expostos. Quando chegaram, eu pedi um guardanapo. Estou aguardando até hoje... O hotel carece de procedimentos, de rotinas básicas, de qualificação profissional.

Hotel bom, porém a limpeza deixa muito a desejar, corredores dos quartos sempre sujos, o quarto estava sujo e não limparam durante a estadia, o banheiro estava sujo desde a chegada e assim permaneceu. Isolamento acústico muito ruim.

Muito bom, com ajustes simples seria excelente.

A estadia no geral foi muito boa. Pontos a melhorar: reposição no cafe da manhã, arrumação dos quartos e limpeza de áreas comuns (incluindo piscina). A vazão da agua do chuveiro, conforme alguns relataram, realmente está ruim e acumula bastante agua na hora do banho. Fora isso, os atendentes são atenciosos e cordiais, as instalações são novas e em condições excelentes muito próximas da natureza e da Serra da Canastra.

O hotel é excelente, bem novinho, estrutura impecável, todo planejado, área da piscina muito bonita, café da manhã de primeira qualidade do alimentos e opções. Deixo apenas uma recomendação quando ao ralo do banheiro, ele entope com muita facilidade se você ficar lavando o cabelo direto e poderiam colocar o cartãozinho para ter limpeza no quarto, somente se o hóspede quiser.

O hotel não fica no centro, porém, para quem está de carro, é bem conveniente. É novo com boas acomodações, o quarto não é grande, mas limpo. O estacionamento é aberto e grande.
