The house and the furniture are new, 3 bedrooms, sleeps 10 in beds, private kitchen complete with duplex refrigerator, microwave, blender, mixer, stove and gas, water cooler, and all utensils such as dishes, cutlery, glasses, pans , baking sheets, etc. All new !!! House newly opened (December / 2018), House with Internet Broadband WI-FI Fiber optic, room with TV 40 "SMART, DVD, large outdoor area with SWIMMING POOL Size 5.00 x 3.00 Mtrs and 1.40 mtrs depth with cascade, hydro massage and night lighting, outdoor area with barbecue, wooden table with 10 chairs, 3 bathrooms with box, all environments with ceiling fans, drapes in all comodos, garage for 3 cars covered, comfort and tranquility only 2 min. From Thermas dos Laranjais. Cleaning fee (entrance and exit) already included !! We accept animals!

Piscina estava suja e tapetes,algum dos quartos estavam cheirando mal e localização e ruim(mas algo que já imaginava). Fiquei 7 dias e só foram resolver parcialmente os problemas da piscina na no terceiro pro quarto dia.A geladeira da cozinha não funciona direito e a casa e muito abafada. Pontos positivos e que a casa e bem equipada e a tv e boa.

Alugaria novamente e indico.

Fomos recebidos muito bem pela Sra. Irene, que pontualmente estava lá. Nos mostrou toda a casa, que estava super limpa, e é muito bem equipada. Apenas não tem roupa de cama e papel higiênico, mas são coisas que estamos acostumados. Usamos bem a casa com tv, piscina, churrasqueira, os eletros, não nos faltou nada. A casa fica em um bairro aparentemente seguro e tranquilo. Quando voltar fico lá novamente, e já fiz a indicação para várias pessoas. Att Andrea Ortiz
