The staff was super friendly and polite. The only problem we ran across was feces in our closet. Made me question the cleanliness of the room. Called Expedia, but they could not communicate with the property due to language. It was a very disappointing transaction because I had trip insurance and thought Expedia had my back.

Estadia mediana. O hotel é bem antigo e já viu seus dias de glória. Os atendentes são muito atenciosos e as qualidades param por aí. Os armários nos quartos cheiram perfume misturado com mofo. Impossível usar os cobertores que cheiravam a mesma coisa. Ropa de cama limpa mas usam um perfume enjoado. O pior foi minha solicitação para que, se possível, servissem itens sem glúten . Para meu espanto o "chefe" da cozinha disse que eu deveria comprar itens sem glúten no comércio local!!!! Em resumo: hotel antigo pouco conservado, café da manhã sofrível com frutas passadas e de má qualidade. Não retornaria nunca mais!
