"We were welcomed and given a tour of the historic hotel by the front desk upon arrival. The room upgrade was to a suite overlooking the bay. The room, bed, and bath were clean and comfortable. A small gift arrived each day of our stay. The 1891 Bar proved to be an excellent alternative as we preferred early and smaller dinners. The Christmas brunch had excellent food options; it was a buffet next to the pools. The staff were most helpful on check out, holding our luggage until our rental car had been secured and we were ready for the next leg of our journey."

"The staff is way too courteous in this hotel. Valter made sure that our stay was perfect, and help us book some nice tours. Everyone was really polite and helped cover the few shortcomings the rooms had. "

"It was nice experience, staffs were good, food was nice although we prefer vegetarian or chicken only food. I arrived early and they allow to checkin at 13:00 as I had kid. Found few staffs from Nepal and Pakistan and they helped me. "
