"Absolutely gorgeous and clean facilities, pools, rooms, and dining. I highly recommend the half board option, the food and service was impeccable. The staff was gracious enough to upgrade our room as a celebration for a HUGE job promotion I had just received (and the reason for my trip). Can’t recommend this place enough. The demographic is a bit older but my fiance and I expected this. The sites poolside were breathtaking and there were plenty of places to sit. Great wine selection and the menu at the main restaurant changed nightly making it so we never got bored. 10/10 Cliff Bay! "

"My hotel room was lovely and had lovely side sea view . Staff were amazing , nothing too much trouble for any of them . Wonderful location by the sea and so much choice of restaurants . Easy to get around with transport , shopping on doorstep . So happy I picked this hotel "

" ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an exceptional 10-day stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The buffet service was amazing with a great variety of desserts, fruits, and fresh salads every day. While the food selection was overall very good, we would’ve loved to see more beef and chicken options, as there was a lot of pork and fish. The pool area is beautiful and very well maintained, making it a relaxing spot to spend the day. We also really appreciated the snack bar with hot items—a great touch for between meals! One of the most memorable parts of our trip was celebrating my son’s birthday. I simply mentioned it in the special instructions when booking the room, and on his birthday, the staff surprised him with a birthday cake delivered to our room. It meant so much to us and made the day extra special. A huge thank you to all the staff for your hard work and for going above and beyond every day to make sure every guest feels special. You truly made our vacation one to remember!!!!!"

"Well located approx 1 mile stroll from Funchal centre . The area has plenty of bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The lido and sea access are 100 yards away. Hotel Pool was fab a great spot to unwind . The room was great, luckily we had a sea view too and we were given complimentary wine and fruit which was a very notable and welcomed bonus. Special mention to Vanessa at reception , what a great girl. Thanks Muthu Raga we loved our stay. "
