External doors to balconies on Lowe level floors could not be locked, staff seemed lost to resolve, 3 rooms later it was resolved. People partying on balconies well past 3am in the morning. Extensive building work ongoing next door - avoid at all cost.

Hampton by Hilton Guarulhos Airport
The room was clean, comfy and had all the necessary amenities. The breakfast buffet was excellent for an airport hotel and had more than enough variety for any taste. Also, the staff were very friendly and accommodating for anything we needed. This is a great short stay hotel.
