• To ensure compliance with the current regulations regarding public safety in the condominium, this establishment requires guests to complete online check-in through a dedicated channel, which may ask you to provide a copy of your ID and/or a photo. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the LGPD (General Data Protection Law). Accordingly, the necessary measures will be taken to prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorised processing, or access.
• Online check-in must be completed by 1:00 PM on the day of check-in, except for same-day reservations, in which case it must be completed immediately after the reservation is made.
• Non-guests are not permitted to enter the building. Only guests who have completed Online Check-in may enter the property.
• For early check-in or late check-out, we charge a fee of 70% of the daily rate (subject to availability)
• Smoking is prohibited! You’re welcome to smoke outside, but please do not smoke inside the apartment—not even by the window. Failure to comply will result in charges for professional cleaning and the daily rates necessary to perform the service.
• PETS (if allowed in the property) — We love pets, but to keep the apartment clean at all times, we charge a pet fee of 40 reais per day.
• Any damage to the PROPERTY, LINEN, FURNITURE, OR OBJECTS will be charged at the value of the damaged items plus 20% for operational expenses. Ex: shipping

Guests are subject to the condominium’s rules and fines.


• Please respect the quiet hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM).!
• Walking through the building’s common areas in swimwear, pyjamas, underwear, or shirtless.
• Throwing any type of object out of windows or off balconies.
• Leaving trash in the building’s hallways and stairwells or outside the designated trash tins and collection bins.
• Hanging clothes and towels on the balcony and/or draping them over windows and chairs.
• Using loud audio devices or instruments that cause a disturbance, as well as talking loudly, shouting, or using language that disrupts the peace or causes discomfort to other residents.
• Failure to comply with the above rules may result in fines.
